Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wagerstation website and services. By visiting the Wagerstation website and subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.

Privacy

Any information submitted on the Wagerstation website is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Subscription Fees and Billing

You may view your subscriptions at any time by visiting the Account Management area. As a subscriber of Wagerstation, you agree to pay a recurring subscription fee, and any applicable tax. You also agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card for a recurring subscription fee, and any applicable tax. Your membership will automatically renew for successive subscription, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription (following any free trial) and on each renewal period thereafter unless and until you cancel. Visit the Account Management area to see the commencement date of your subscriptions with Wagerstation. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. Subscriptions may not be shared among users and only one computer may access a subscription at one time. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.

Canceling your Subscription

You may cancel your membership to Wagerstation subscription at anytime. To cancel, please send an email to info@wagerstation.com. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
